Around 70 m², laid out as two bedrooms, one living room and one bathroom. The kitchen is part of the living room rather than a separate space — so whoever is cooking stays in the conversation. It is fully fitted: oven, ceramic hob, extractor, full-size fridge-freezer and generous stone worktops. A separate desk with a proper chair makes remote work genuinely comfortable.

The main bedroom is the signature room: a hand-sculpted moon relief, backlit in warm light, above three single beds that can be arranged as a couple's bed plus a single.
